Sitting, having breakfast at Rangeley State Park in Maine. I got a very late start yesterday as I needed to pack and then re-pack. The weather was perfect all day with only a couple of minutes of rain here and there. My route took me up Interstate 91 to St. Johnsbury, VT, then east into New Hampshire and northeast into Maine. It was a 300 mile day.
Rangeley is one of my favorite places: beauty and wilderness combined with few people. From here I'll start taking a route of dirt roads I found on ADV-Rider east, under Moosehead Lake and towards Millinocket, where I plan to stay the night if all works out.
I'm writing this on my phone so no pictures yet. Internet access is going to be tough here.
